A common objection from our senior clients to the idea of moving into a condo is that they think of them as small, boxy, and noisy. They associate a condo with a skyscraper in the middle of downtown, surrounded by traffic jams and honking horns, filled with young people who party till midnight, while they are crammed into a unit the size of a shoe box.
